Diet Change

Diet Change

Our healthy eating plan and diet change is just a simple and straightforward lifestyle choice. It does involve calorie counting but is focussed on simple decisions and reductions in carbohydrates and processed and commercial food. The details of how the diet works are only available to our members and subscribers, of course, but suffice to say that anyone can follow it with minimal daily work.

It is not onerous, nor does it involve the eating of chemicals or ingredients you do not understand. It uses the simple background ethos of eating simpler foods with few but good quality ingredients. You should ask yourself if your current diet provider or diet brand provides food products or makes money from the selling of diet aids that you eat or drink. If they do, look at the ingredients and make sure you understand them all and know what you are putting in your body while you are putting money in their bank.

Our vibrant dieting community and membership all have fantastic recipes and ideas they like to share, and this grows and grows each week. With the help of social media and group communication tools, these are easy to share, and we can all learn together new and exciting healthy ways to eat and live. As soon as you become a member, you will be welcomed with open arms, and they will be lots of ideas for you to try and you will also be able to share your experiences as you go along too. Together we will enjoy diet, live life and improve our health.

The diet aims to help our members lose approximately 1lb a week, and this is a safe and healthy amount to get us back to a 'normal' size, whatever our 'normal' maybe. It is possible to use our diet to lose weight more quickly than this via a fasting program, and if a common "two and five" plan is followed, weight loss tends to increase to 2lbs a week on average. Details of how to do this are available to all our members.

The main thing is to enjoy life and enjoy eating. To choose wisely and to consume only things we can understand. To be responsible for what goes into our bodies. Add some exercise to our fantastic eating plan, and you will be well on your way to a long and healthy life.

Regards,
Michael
