The diet is both simple and easy to use and to follow. The members receive their own chart which is updated on a daily basis. The chart clearly and easily shows their progress with weight loss and fat loss alongside their calorie consumption and the CC's consumed. CC's are introduced when you join the plan and are copyright Michael Broadbent (2017 to present date).

The chart will also show each member a reliable and brand new approximation of where their weight will trend to in the next two or three weeks. While this is only an approximation it will allow members to be confident of future weight loss and that they will see the rewards that their efforts so thoroughly deserve.

The more data the better for this tool, so each member will have to be patient when they start the diet and as the data builds up over time. The main thing is that good tracking, good diary management, and good data will compliment good new eating habits and healthy choices to lead us to sustained and controllable weight and fat loss.
